Our 2025 dues are set at $485.00. This is the same amount as last year. We have done a great job of maintaining a 20+ year-old neighborhood. Once dues are paid, keys to the swimming pool will be issued in early May. We will announce key pick up times and location via Facebook post and email.
Please take note that late payments will incur fees. NOTE: Late fees will be enforced.
April 30th: $485 Balance due
After May 31: $485 plus 10% late fee ($533)
After June 30: New balance of $533 plus 25% late fee ($667)
Unpaid dues will be subject to a lien.
Please mail/hand deliver your dues to the lock box on the front porch to:
